J&rsquo;avais command\u00e9 au P\u00e8re Noel en 2013 une yaourti\u00e8re. Il m&rsquo;a exauc\u00e9, faut dire, je suis tellement sage, car je voulais faire les yaourts de Lapin.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/petitlapindepices.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/09\/img_1608-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-942 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/petitlapindepices.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/09\/img_1608-2.jpg?w=292&#038;resize=292%2C300\" alt=\"IMG_1608 (2)\" width=\"292\" height=\"300\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai tent\u00e9 <strong>les yaourts au lait de croissance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Recette:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un litre de lait de croissance<\/li>\n<li>un yaourt nature (pour les ferments)<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de r\u00e9gilait (pour la texture)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On m\u00e9lange le tout et hop, on verse dans les pots, on place ces derniers\u00a0dans la yaourti\u00e8re (sans les couvercles), pendant 8h. Puis, on les mets au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur apr\u00e8s qu&rsquo;ils soient froids, avec les couvercles.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/petitlapindepices.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/09\/img_1607.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-943 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/petitlapindepices.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/09\/img_1607.jpg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C220\" alt=\"IMG_1607\" width=\"300\" height=\"220\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultat: AFFREUX<\/strong>. Texture un peu trop liquide, mais alors le go\u00fbt, encore plus ignoble que les yaourts pour b\u00e9b\u00e9 nature.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, j&rsquo;ai tent\u00e9<strong> des yaourts pour nous, les adultes<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Recette:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un litre de lait entier<\/li>\n<li>un yaourt nature (toujours pour les ferments)<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de r\u00e9gilait (toujours pour la texture)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rebelote&#8230; On m\u00e9lange le tout et hop, on verse dans les pots, on place ces derniers\u00a0dans la yaourti\u00e8re (sans les couvercles), pendant 8h. Puis, on les mets au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur apr\u00e8s qu&rsquo;ils soient froids, avec les couvercles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultat: Bon, mais trop gras.<\/strong> En fait, c&rsquo;est trop copieux et on s&rsquo;en lasse vite. Je suis habitu\u00e9e au 0% (pour me donner bonne conscience).<\/p>\n<p>Du coup, ma yaourti\u00e8re est retourn\u00e9e dans le carton pendant 1 an et demi.<\/p>\n<p>Et un jour, je d\u00e9cide de faire<strong> mes yaourts au soja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Recette:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un litre de lait de soja<\/li>\n<li>un yaourt au soja nature<\/li>\n<li>deux cuill\u00e8res de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/petitlapindepices.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/09\/img_1606-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-944 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/petitlapindepices.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/09\/img_1606-2.jpg?w=300&#038;resize=300%2C282\" alt=\"IMG_1606 (2)\" width=\"300\" height=\"282\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Rebelote&#8230; On m\u00e9lange le tout et hop, on verse dans les pots, on place ces derniers\u00a0dans la yaourti\u00e8re (sans les couvercles), pendant 8h. Puis, on les mets au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur apr\u00e8s qu&rsquo;ils soient froids, avec les couvercles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultat: TOP<\/strong>!
